Manufacturing Defects
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for evaluation. If determined to be a manufacturing defect upon inspection, AMÉLIA will repair the item.
Non-Defect Repairs
If the damage is determined not to be caused by a manufacturing defect, our team will notify you with available repair options and estimated costs.
Natural Gemstone Characteristics
Slight irregularities, natural variations in craftsmanship, and internal inclusions in colored gemstones are unique to each individual piece. These are natural characteristics of the gemstone and are not considered defects.

The AMÉLIA Manufacturer Warranty and complimentary services are subject to the following terms
Original Purchaser
The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser who bought the item directly from AMÉLIA.
Third-Party Modifications
Any maintenance, repair, sizing, or other service performed by anyone other than AMÉLIA will void your Manufacturer Warranty.
Normal Wear & Tear
Fine jewelry is not impervious to daily wear, activities, or trauma—particularly rings. The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear, product loss, lost stones, or theft.
Wear & Care Exclusions
Damage or loss resulting from chemical exposure (cosmetics, hairspray, perfume on organic gems), worn or bent prongs, or stone loss from daily impact are not covered under warranty.
